    Coq d’Or: The second establishment in Chicago to obtain a liquor license, this Gold Coast Neighborhood fixture opened on December 6, 1933 following the repeal of Prohibition. The patina of Coq d’Or blends rich wood paneling, rogue leather accents, live weekend entertainment and a cozy glow to a evoke a truly nostalgic vibe.
    Cafe on Oak: Start your day with a warm a la carte breakfast menu served in Café on Oak, the only beachy, breakfast nook overlooking Lake Michigan in the Gold Coast neighborhood.  A simplistic selection of high taste breakfast assortments to begin your day while enjoying a frothy cappuccino accompanied by a few of our favorites – the petit waffles, avo-toast or egg skillet – and of course, easing into your day with a crossword puzzle, catching up on the headlines, or taking in a bit of history counter-side, where Marilyn Monroe and Joe DiMaggio carved their initials, shortly after their marriage over 50 years ago.

Official Event Housing & Unsolicited Outreach

The Drake Hotel provides the only official housing for the i-SIGMA 2024 Shred School. Hotel reservations should only be secured directly with The Drake Hotel. The venue will not make unsolicited contact with attendees or potential attendees.

In previous years, it has been brought to our attention that third-party hotel and travel companies have contacted sponsors and potential attendees claiming to be the housing coordinator for the i-SIGMA Event. i-SIGMA has no affiliation with these third-party hotel and travel companies. Hotels and i-SIGMA caution attendees that there is no gauarntee when booking through these entities. The only official way to secure your hotel room is directly with The Drake Hotel.
