What information does NAID gather online?

How can I update my information or remove myself from your customer database?

Any personal or member information which NAID has on file may be updated or reviewed by sending an email requesting such to [email protected]. Please give two to four weeks for these changes to take effect in our internal customer databases. Upon request, NAID will also gladly delete personal information from all publicly displayed databases on our websites. NAID cannot delete personal information that must be retained for the legal reasons related to certain business transactions.

How does the NAID privacy statement affect me outside the U.S.?

To the extent applicable, NAID attempts to comply with local data protection rights laws. If you are unsure whether this privacy statement is in conflict with applicable local rules, you should not submit your information. If you are located within the European Union, you should note that your information will be transferred to the United States, which is deemed by the European Union to have inadequate data protection. What is NAID’s cancellation policy for Shred School?

All cancellations must be submitted two weeks prior to the event to receive a full refund. If a registrant gives notice two weeks in advance, a 100% refund will be given. If a registrant gives less than a two-week notice but a person from the wait list is able to attend, the original registrant will receive a 100% refund. If there is no wait list and the spot remains empty, the original registrant will receive a 25% refund.
